Recently, I'm feeling quite down... that's explain why I seldom blog and seldom talk to others recently... it's being decided that I can't go for attachment because I got academic warning. what can I do? I have calculated that I need to get average B+ this semester to get out of the status. The only thing I can do is to work really hard. I tried my best to attend every lecture (to date I only missed 3), and do every tutorial beforehand. It's tiring but it's necessary. I know that I can do better if I work hard. I'm glad that I have a new mentor who is encouraging, and I have classmates and friends (although not many knows my situation) who are concern about me. Thanks to you all.

For those who STILL don't know about the quake in taiwan, I think you are super lag in news. On 26th Dec, a quake happened in taiwan, it was known to have the largest impact in 100 years. Due to the earthquake, 7 sub-marine cables that links Singapore to US, Taiwan, Hong Kong etc are broken. As such, if you are in Singapore, you are experiencing very slow internet connections to websites in these areas. MSN services are also not accessible by us. Stock markets and IDD International calls are also experiencing problems.

last last weekend is a boring weekend...
As you can see (unless your eye got problem), I had changed my entire blog layout!!! yeah! No more boring background... the main reason is that there are too much unnecessary things in my previous design, so I decided to change it completely...
Haha... just heard another funny podcast from www.mrbrownshow.com ... this time is a singlish lesson taught to foreign talents... I feel that our language is so efficient... we reduce the length of a phrase by 50%! Typical phrases are like "So how?" and "You win already lor"... download the podcast and have a good laugh!
Just like what Irwin says in his blog, A Picture Paints A Thousand Words...
Just uploaded some videos to my youtube account… Plug in your earphones to listen more carefully at their background vocals also! if you want the videos, send me a message on msn, I will be glad to share...
A post written by Hebe on their blog . Oh my god, her 文筆 is so good. Look at her careful usage of words, it's both clever and funny. Wait, you still don't know what she talking about? she is describing Ella and Selina la... At this standard, me (and many of her fans) really thinks she should start to write a novel or such... confirm plus chop will be the bestseller...
This is what appears on MSN nick now... I really truly hate reports... don't be mistaken... I hate reports and but I like to do projects... In fact, projects force myself to learn more things, and gives me a sense of achievement... Ok, back to why I hate reports... On wednesday night, I didn't sleep at all because of a stupid report that needs to draw more than 20 graphs for which mostly are very similar... it's not hard to do, but it's very tedious... and what I gain from the report? I don't think I learn a lot from preparing a report...
the time now is 5.42am... U want to know why I wake up so early? NO! in fact I have not sleep yet... urgh... I just finished reading some documents on my upcoming Design & Development Project (and at the same time watching 東方茱麗葉 Epidsode 9.. haha)... bo bian... I got a project meeting today after school so I need to read ahead of others! Why? because I again stupidly volunteered to be group leader... but looking on the bright side of life, being a group leader, I got better control of what I like to achieve in the project...
I think I had not been keeping my promises lately... I promised that this website will have a new look in Aug... BUT now is Sep and it's still the same... haiz..

Raining again! Yesterday's Maths II paper is really gone case... I think most prob will "da-bao" that module... but who knows? miracle might happen just like my Electronics and Maths I modules last sem...
One day, when I was a freshman in high school, I saw a kid from my class was walking home from school. His name was Kyle. It looked like he was carrying all of his
books. I thought to myself, "Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday? He must really be a nerd."
I had quite a weekend planned (parties and a football
game with my friends tomorrow afternoon), so I shrugged my shoulders and went on.
As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running toward
him. They ran at him, knocking all his books out of his arms and tripping him so he landed in the dirt. His glasses went flying, and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him. He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes.
My heart went out to him. So, I jogged over to him and
as he crawled around looking for his glasses, and I saw a tear in his eye. As I handed him his glasses, I said, "Those guys are jerks. They really should get lives." He looked at me and said, "Hey thanks!" There was a big smile on his face. It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude.
I helped him pick up his books, and asked him where
he lived. As it turned out, he lived near me, so I asked him why I had never seen him before. He said he had gone to private school before now.
I would have never hung out with a private school kid
before. We talked all the way home, and I carried some of his books. He turned out to be a pretty cool kid. I asked him if he wanted to play a little football with my
friends. He said yes. We hung out all weekend and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked him, and my friends thought the same of him.
Monday morning came, and there was Kyle with the
huge stack of books again. I stopped him and said, "Boy, you are gonna really build some serious muscles with this pile of books everyday!" He just laughed and
handed me half the books.
Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best
friends. When we were seniors, we began to think about college. Kyle decided on Georgetown, and I was going to Duke. I knew that we would always be
friends, that the miles would never be a problem. He was going to be a doctor, and I was going for business on a football scholarship.
Kyle was valedictorian of our class. I teased him all the time about being a nerd. He had to prepare a speech for graduation.
I was so glad it wasn't me having to get up there and
speak. Graduation day, I saw Kyle. He looked great. He was one of those guys that really found himself during high school. He filled out and actually looked good in glasses. He had more dates than I had and all the girls loved him. Boy, sometimes I was jealous.
Today was one of those days. I could see that he was
nervous about his speech. So, I smacked him on the back and said, "Hey, big guy, you'll be great!" He looked at me with one of those looks (the really grateful one) and smiled. "Thanks," he said.
As he started his speech, he cleared his throat, and
began. "Graduation is a time to thank those who helped you make it through those tough years. Your parents, your teachers, your siblings, maybe a coach...but mostly your friends. I am here to tell all of you that being a friend to someone is the best gift you can give them. I am going to tell you a story."
I just looked at my friend with disbelief as he told the story of the first day we met. He had planned to kill himself over the weekend. He talked of how he had cleaned out his locker so his Mom wouldn't have to do it later and was carrying his stuff home.
He looked hard at me and gave me a little smile.
"Thankfully, I was saved. My friend saved me from doing the unspeakable."
I heard the gasp go through the crowd as this handsome, popular
boy told us all about his weakest moment.
I saw his Mom and dad looking at me and smiling that same grateful smile. Not until that moment did I realize it's depth.
Never underestimate the power of your actions. With one small gesture you can change a person's life. For
better or for worse.
I found out a very strange thing... People don't tell people when they moved their blog or when their blog is dead... (this is not against anyone in particular)... See the number of deadlinks I had on the side... Anyway, it's a small matter, I shouldn't be angry about it... I had been too picky I think... btw, if you wish to have a link to your blog or you have moved my blog, please tell me... simply because I loved to read blogs... my MSN nick is now changed to "ymeagain@MA2 ~~ Blog Addresses Collection! Tell me if you have a blog or you had moved your blog... ~~ 不管是落叶 不管是阴天 天灰永远会变晴天" MA2 is the self-created abbreviation for Mathematics II and the chinese words is just to motivate myself to study hard for exams (it was extracted from the story of 天灰 MV as follows)...
I got one good news and one bad news, which one you want to hear first???

Ok, I am stubborn.
wow... juz went supper with my exco pple... a relief from the exam stress.. talked a lot crap... haiz... haven't got much progress today.. well... here are some new songs that i strongly recommend... and some links you might be interested...
